I think you can squeeze in that coastal forest tile with two fishes north of it. You should also try to squeeze a few more cities on your territory. Later you will be able to improve it even further with Seasteads and offshore wind farms. There's a good chance that oil will spawn there, so owning the territory can be quite beneficial. Liberate Auckland if it was conquered, it's worth doing it. If the Auckland city state is in the game, make an extra effort to suzerain it and these cities will be quite strong, they just won't have room for districts. Use Liang to build Aquaculture on tiles that don't have resources. ![]() At least you can get a harbor there and a trade route, which not only give you yields, but also will help you trade with every civ to get a tourism boost, in case you're going for cultural, and help you finish space projects, if you're going for scientific. Considering that you barely have room for any extra city and you got only 4 on turn 188, which is extremely low, you should settle it ASAP.
